I came to BCBC for 1 on 1 training Injured, underweight, and unable to train my sport due to extensive disc issues. Chad was able to get me back to training at a high level with nutrition, strength training, and body tempering. Additionally the BCBC community kept me motivated through physical and mental setbacks.
